The 2010 PHC-UPCO Series Prize List is available for download by clicking here

A Potomac Horse Center, Inc. Riding Release must be completed and on file with the Show Secretary before any person mounts a horse or pony on the premises.  A blank release form is included with the downloadable 2010 prize list. A Trainer may not sign a release for a Rider.

  Exhibitors and Spectators alike enter the Show grounds under the condition that Potomac Horse Center, Inc., M-NCPPC, and Montgomery County, MD will not be held responsible for any injuries or loss to persons or property while on the premises.
