Our Tackshop building is available. Located adjacent to the south side of our paved main parking lot & within sight of Quince Orchard Road frontage.
Likely uses include: retail tack and other equestrian supplies, used riding clothes/equipment consignment shop, pre-packaged snacks and beverages, etc. Offering services as simple as individually wrapped retail ice cream treats - or a coffee station in cooler months - would virtually guarantee a substantial amount of visitor traffic!
The floor space is approximately 350 square feet. Building has sub-metered electric service and HVAC - no water or sewer in Tackshop building, but both are available about 75' away just inside the front entrance of the riding facility.
